From his and Edith’s union there are four children, Thomas “Buddy” K. Summers of Statesville, Karen W. Parker of Westland, Mich., Veronica Williams (Carl) of Detroit, Mich., and Requel Murdock of Statesville. Much later in life, his precious baby girl, Erin Ramseur of Elkin, was born. He is also survived by his siblings, Gwen Summers, Larry Summers (Geneva), and Kathy Millsaps (Rev. He attended Haywood Chapel and Unity High School and was a member at Freedom Presbyterian Church. Buck was a very hard worker all his life and retired from Tilley Exterminations. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and vintage cars and trucks.
Buck was known, on any given day, to slow roll down Eastside Drive with a parade of cars behind him (lol).
