The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
NOVEMBER 13
♦ Devin Lee Bates, 33, of Scotts Creek Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor probation violation.
♦ John Daniel Oxendine, 46, of Wilson Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Joseph Tanner Cornwell, 22, of Myrtle Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
NOVEMBER 15
♦ Darius Lamont Gill, 29, of N. Main Street, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture a schedule III controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
NOVEMBER 16
♦ Ricky Dale Clonch, 45, of East Edgewood Mill Road, Wilkesboro, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
NOVEMBER 17
♦ Tammy McFarland Blair, 54, of Dogwood Estates Circle, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine.
♦ Farrah Lindzey Brown, 30, of Northmont Drive, Statesville, charged with identity theft and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Jacques Pierre Pratt, 45, Dogwood Estates Circle, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine.
♦ Drevon’Tae Jahiem Winford, 19, of E. McLelland Avenue, Mooresville, charged with kidnapping, armed robbery and conspiracy.
NOVEMBER 18
♦ Justin Matthew Berryman, 28, of Taylorsville Highway, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Jimmy Dee Farrar, 54, of Rolling Lane, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering, larceny after breaking or entering, and possession of stolen goods.
♦ Michael Justin Leeman, 31, of Massey Deal Road, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering, and misdemeanor vandalism to real property.
♦ Kenneth Lee Reid, 61, of Stockton Street, Statesville, was served with a true bill felony indictment.
♦ Brittany Marie Williams, 31, of Neely Road, Davie, charged with possession of heroin.
